Harlan County High School DECA and FBLA

Welcome to the Harlan County High School FBLA and DECA page! Here you will find information about FBLA and DECA. Harlan County's Future Business Leaders of America and Distributive Education Clubs of America is directed by Ms. Kim North.

FBLA and DECA membership is based on the following:

  • 3.5 GPA or Higher

  • Must be enrolled in a business class

  • Have 16 hours of community service

 High school students that join FBLA and DECA receive benefits that include:

  • Potential Scholarships

  • Publications

  • Award and Recognition Programs

  • FBLA and DECA members also demonstrate their leadership skills through community service  projects, fundraising activities, and chapter officer positions.
