  • Junior chef team will compete in the Farm to School Junior Chef 2015 competition in Corbin on May 20th at 5.00 pm.

  • Practice for the Junior Chefs selected will be May 14th,15th, and 18th in Ms.McCormicks room

  • May 20th Junior chef team will leave the school after lunch and go to the Portal to tour the kitchen with brick oven and then leave to be in Corbin by 4:30 pm

  • The members who have been selected for the Junior Chef competition of 2015 are Sarah Daniels, Lakweasha Estes, Chelsea Bala, Whitney Barger, Cade Burton, and Derek McCarty.
     

  • The Junior Chef supporting team members is Tia King, Maria Lewis, Savannah Sergent, Ashley Whitehead, Breana Jennings, Kali Nolan, Stormy White, Lindsey Hatmaker.

Family, Career and Community Leaders of America is a nonprofit national career and technical student organization for young men and women in Family and Consumer Sciences education in public and private school through grade 12. Everyone is part of a family, and FCCLA is the only national Career and Technical Student Organization with the family as its central focus. Since 1945, FCCLA members have been making a difference in their families, careers, and communities by addressing important personal, work, and societal issues through Family and Consumer Sciences education.
